  • 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp of avocado
  • Just enough water to make paste 
Grind whole flax seeds in a blender or coffee/spice grinder until it is a fine meal. Mix together into a paste and apply to face and throat. Leave on 20 minutes, or as desired. Rinse off with warm water and a washcloth. Apply natural moisturizer such as coconut or almond oil.
