My name is Beth Daniel Jones, and I’m the founder of Best Healing Solutions and besthealingsolutions.com, the finest in energy medicine. We work with people all over the world on the phone each day. I’m sure you’ve heard that before if you listened to our videos, but it is worth repeating. I often get asked questions about supplements for various conditions. Inflammation is a really hot topic these days because it wreaks havoc in the body physically. So a common question is, well, what are your recommended anti-inflammatory supplements? And I’ve got a list and the list is quite long, so I wrote it down. Again, we do testing for individuals to tell you which one is best for you, so you don’t have to just hit or miss and try everything. We can test it, see which one is best for you and best for whatever condition you’re dealing with.
We’re experts at that type of testing, energetically on the phone, so that these are my top anti-inflammatory supplements. Number one, vitamin C. I recommend, depending on the person, but vitamin C 1000 milligrams at least three times a day. Some people will test for four times a day or more depending on the condition. The next one is fish oil. Fish oil is also a blood thinner, so keep that in mind. The awesome thing about fish oil is that it mimics the body’s own anti-inflammatory chemicals better than any other supplement does. So that’s a go-to if you’re okay with taking something that’s a blood thinner. The next one on my list of favorite anti-inflammatories is quercetin. Quercetin is the compound that you find in onions that make them pungent. Quercetin is a fantastic anti-inflammatory, and I recommend that one twice a day if you’re taking that for inflammation. A side light of quercetin and part of the anti-inflammatory properties that it has is that it also really helps with allergies, seasonal allergies and others, so that’s worth a shot there as well.
My next fav is, and these are not in any particular order, is bromelain. And bromelain is an enzyme from pineapples and can also be a fantastic anti-inflammatory. Resveratrol is the next one, and as you probably know, that is extracted from the skins of grapes. That’s what use what is used in wine as well. Resveratrol is a wonderful anti-inflammatory and anti-aging supplement. Also. Next is gingerols, and that’s G-I-N-G-E-R like ginger, O-L-S. That’s another anti-inflammatory for the system.
I’ve got two more on my list. Astaxanthin. I recommend Hawaiian astaxanthin, not just because I live in Hawaii, but that tends to be the most quality product is that product coming out of Hawaii, and again, with all of these testing for dosage so we can help you with that. Or you can play with that yourself, but astaxanthin is another fantastic anti-inflammatory. And the last one on my list of favorites is alpha lipoic acid. So there you go. You can take your pick there and see what works for you. But these are my favorite anti-inflammatory supplements. Just wanted to share.
